Summary:
Our client, a forward-thinking, dynamic Law Firm is looking to recruit an NQ Real Estate Solicitor or a Solicitor/Associate with up to 4 years PQE to join the company’s growing Commercial Property team. Based in the beautiful location of Truro, you will be part of a team which acts for both regional and national social housing providers as well as developers on matters including the acquisition of sites and regeneration.

What will you be doing as a Commercial Property Solicitor?
- Working for a team acting for well-known regional and national social housing providers on matters including site acquisition and regeneration.
- Managing your own caseload and taking responsibility for a wide range of tasks.
- Forming and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Providing practical advice to clients on an ongoing basis.
- Working collaboratively with planning, construction and plots sale teams.
Skills/Qualifications of a Commercial Property Solicitor:
- An NQ Real Estate Solicitor or a Solicitor/Associate with up to 4 years PQE ideally with experience within Real Estate/Commercial Property
- Somebody with a strong interest in the developers’ sector, and potential prior experience in working with regional and national developers.
- Someone who is motivated to continue developing and improving their client skills so that they can provide the best advice.
- An individual who is eager to cultivate new opportunities through engaging in business development activities.
- Somebody who can thrive under pressure and meet challenging deadlines with ease.
