You should be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 5 years PQE, and a sound knowledge of commercial leases.

What will you be doing as a Commercial Property Solicitor?
- Providing general property support to the Corporate Commercial Department regarding business sales and purchases.
- Managing a caseload which includes:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals (including rural land).
- Lease renewals.
- Property development (options, conditional contracts, overage).
- Property Finance.
Skills/Qualifications of a Commercial Property Solicitor:
- A qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 5 years PQE to your name.
- Excellent working knowledge of commercial leases.
- Incredible organisational skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Impeccable communication skills and an ability to both build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
