- Recruiting and retaining your team and supporting their development to ensure that they are enhancing their technical skills over time.
Skills/Qualifications:
- You will be a qualified Commercial Property lawyer with extensive experience working at a senior level within the field.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to easily build rapport with Clients.
- A strong sense of self-motivation, with the drive and dedication to motivate others.
