Up to £30k DOE | Office Based | Wellington

A prestigious wealth management company based in Somerset are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their busy team in Wellington. The main purpose of the role is to manage the administration and support the Financial Planners.

Client Relationship Manager responsibilities include:

  • Client Servicing - Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries (by phone, email and in person).
  • Processing of New Business - Completion, submission and follow-up of applications, ensuring new business cases are processed in a timely and compliant manner
  • Client Reviews - Preparation of client valuation reports, client review reports and maintaining client files to satisfy compliance requirements
  • Other CRM Duties – Ad hoc administrative duties

Client Relationship Manager skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing administrative role preferably within professional services
  • Demonstrate practical awareness and basic knowledge of retail financial products and current regulatory expectations
  • Analytical in solving tasks with a keen attention for detail
  • Deliver effective and positive communication, and demonstrate competent use of IT
