Cathedral Appointments is looking for a Civil Litigator to join a local law firm based on the outskirts of Plymouth. This role would suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, who has gained a minimum of 2 years’ PQE within Civil Litigation. This role will be more focussed on Contentious Probate, but all Litigation experience is welcomed and there can be flexibility in terms of the scope of the work that is undertaken, depending on the successful candidate.
Responsibilities:
- You will deal with a caseload of Civil Litigation matters, primarily Contentious Probate but with some flexibility in terms of scope of work
- You will be happy to undertake business development opportunities
- You will market yourself and your department in order to build your profile locally
Requirements:
- You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within Civil Litigation
- You will be a confident Litigator with excellent communication skills
- You will be happy to market the firm and undertake business development opportunities as required
