We are looking for Ceremony Assistants to provide on-site support to the robing team in Penryn. This is an ideal role for anyone looking to earn extra money over the Summer break.
We are looking for 6 candidates in total for this role.
Fixed Working dates:
Training: Wednesday 24th July - 15:00 - 18:00
Event dates: Thursday 25th July & Friday 26th July - 07:00 - 19:30
As a Ceremony Assistant, you will be:
- Accurately select Student Academic Dress
- Ensure quality of dress prior to handover
- Work as an effective, active team member to achieve common goals
- Converse and support nervous students
- Robe Graduates ready for photography plus fold, Label and Organise Returns for Return to the Warehouse
As an Event Assistant, you will need:
- Hard-working Mentality
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physically able to lift up to 15kg or more
