Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Work collaboratively with internal specialists to identify and engage new clients, manage a business development pipeline, and execute targeted campaigns
- Maintain and enhance relationships with a portfolio of key clients, exploring opportunities to deliver additional value and services
- Provide training and mentoring to colleagues to strengthen their business development skills and expertise
- Lead the creation of compelling proposals and presentations, while utilising CRM tools to manage and track relationship-building efforts
Requirements of the Business Development Manager:
- Significant experience in business development within professional services, coupled with exceptional communication and networking skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive under pressure
- Confidence in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners
- Possession of a full driving licence and access to personal transport
