Our client, a dynamic and fast-paced business, is seeking a Business Development Executive to thrive in a high-energy telesales environment. If you excel in fast-moving sales, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated to exceed targets, this role is for you!
This position offers hybrid working, with 3 days a week in the Exeter office.
Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:
- Drive new business through proactive client outreach in a high-volume telesales setting.
- Deliver exceptional service while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Manage a robust pipeline, ensuring leads are nurtured and converted effectively.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, showcasing strong negotiation skills.
- Adapt to new company initiatives with energy and enthusiasm.
Requirements of the Business Development Executive:
- Proven B2B telesales or fast-paced sales experience.
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
- A self-starter who thrives under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
