Our client is a well-established commercial services provider working in partnership with public and private sector organisations across the South West. Their Exeter-based operation delivers property and facilities management support as part of a wider, collaborative team committed to operational excellence and service quality.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Business Administrator to join the Exeter team. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination across the property division, supporting internal systems, reporting and financial administration to keep projects on track.

This role is Part-time, offering 32 hours per week.

Responsibilities for the Business Administrator include:

  • Maintain and update project data including financials, resources, and lead roles using internal systems.
  • Coordinate project-related queries and reporting for directors and operational boards.
  • Liaise with project leads to assist with planning, invoicing and fee scheduling.
  • Support accurate processing of project transactions and communication with internal finance teams.

Requirements for the Business Administrator include:

  • Proven experience in administration or helpdesk roles, ideally within a technical or commercial setting
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • High level of accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
