An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Brochure Services Administration Assistant to join a successful, fast-growing business based in Cullompton. As part of the Marketing department, the main purpose of the role is to provide administration support to the Brochure Services Team. Duties will include processing orders, handling customer queries, and sending artwork to the appropriate agency. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to record/handle large amounts of data, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

This is a temporary position for approximately 6 weeks, on a full or part-time basis, and would suit a graduate, college leave, or working parent.

Responsibilities include: -

  • Process orders for end-user brochures including Blank, Bespoke, and Overprint brochures
  • Send out email confirmations to customers to confirm orders
  • Handle customer queries
  • Set up job sheets for orders, and send these along with artwork to the appropriate agency
  • Coordinate amends with agency, and approval of proofs
  • General administrative duties within the team such as sending email confirmations, working with Excel reports etc.

Requirements: -

  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects
  • Proven ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Computer literate and proficient in all programmes in Microsoft Office, including experience of using Excel
  • Strong command of English Grammar and spelling
  • Excellent time management skills
