Our client is an award-winning leading firm of Accountants and Business Advisers. Due to growth, they have an opportunity for an experienced Audit Senior to join their team. As the Audit Senior, you will be responsible for taking ownership of your portfolio, supporting the delivery of revenue and profitability targets, and developing long-lasting client relationships.
This role offers Hybrid working, with regular access to the Truro Office
Audit Senior responsibilities include: -
- Play a key role in the completion of audit fieldwork, and planned substantive and analytical procedures, usually on-site at client premises
- Plan and complete audit assignments, ensuring audit files are appropriately documented
- Prepare statutory financial statements from client data, identifying high-risk areas and concerns for Partner/Manager review
- Oversee the execution and finalisation of audit assignments for Partner/Manager review
Audit Senior requirements include: -
- ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in auditing clients across various industries
- Working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP
- Experience in coaching and mentoring junior team members
