Our client, Hospiscare, is looking for a Fundraising Administrator to join their busy team. As a Fundraising Administrator, you will be the lead on all administrative tasks for the fundraising team, ensuring all are supported. 

As an Administrator, you will:

  • create queries in Raiser's Edge to monitor progress on activities as required
  • provide marketing support for fundraising activities as required
  • support the Donations Officer, ensuring that gifts are processed and recorded accurately in the database
  • process or update supporter details on the CRM database, following established procedures
  • any other administrative tasks that are deemed necessary 

As an Administrator, you will have experience in:

  • an administrative role
  • data protection
  • confidentiality

Personal attributes: 

  • willingness to work flexibly and adapt to changing workloads
  • ability to prioritise
  • willingness to assist at evening and weekend fundraising events if asked
