Cathedral Appointments is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-site education organisation based in Plymouth, seeking a PTSA (Parent Student Teacher Association) Administrator to join their team on an immediate, temporary basis until the end of October 2026. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to provide vital support to the PTSA team, including liaison with apprenticeship providers and accurate data entry.

The Role

Working closely with the PTSA team, this role provides day-to-day administrative support, including communication with apprenticeship providers, data entry and general administrative tasks as required. It would suit an organised, reliable administrator who is available to start immediately and enjoys varied, fast-paced work within a busy, multi-site education organisation.

Responsibilities for the PTSA Administrator:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PTSA team.
  • Communicate with apprenticeship providers and learners on behalf of the team.
  • Carry out accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as required to support the wider team.

Requirements for the PTSA Administrator include:

  • Enhanced DBS check (essential).
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with a range of contacts including apprenticeship providers.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Available to start immediately and commit to the role until the end of October 2026.
