£14 HOUR | TEMPORARY – IMMEDIATE START | EXETER
Our client is a respected organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional service and value to its customers. They work in a fast-paced, professional environment and are seeking a confident and organised Temporary Sales Administrator to join their busy team.
The Role:
This role will provide essential administrative support to the advisory team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for prospective clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in following up leads, coordinating appointments, and keeping all processes on track.
Time Frame:
4 weeks initially, with the potential to extend.
Ideal working pattern:
8/8:30 – 4:30/5 pm each day, Monday – Friday, with an hour lunch break.
Responsibilities of the Temporary Sales Administrator:
- Follow up with potential clients via phone and email to confirm interest and gather details
- Arrange and manage appointments between clients and advisors
- Chase outstanding instructions or required documentation
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and liaise with internal teams for smooth client handovers
Requirements of the Temporary Sales Administrator:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional phone manner
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
