£13 / HOUR | TEMPORARY | COLYTON
Our Client is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for providing vital administrative support across departments and assisting the Directors in daily operations.
This is a temporary position for 1 month, based in their Colyton Office. Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities for the Administrator:
- Manage financial operations, including purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims
- Coordinate marketing efforts alongside the marketing manager.
- Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and travel arrangement
- Assist with recruitment tasks and supplier communications
Requirements of the Administrator:
- Previous Office Administration experience
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in office software and social media
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information and meet tight deadlines
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach
