Our client, a growing and established Law firm with offices around the South West are seeking an Administrator to join their team based in their Exeter office.
Your role as part of the busy Social Housing property team will include a broad range of administrative tasks.
This role is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday which offers hybrid working.
- Carrying out searches, handling Land Registry applications, searches, and requisitions
- Photocopying, scanning, and dispatching documents
- Responding to telephone calls and recording messages from clients
- Managing the opening and closing of files
- Preparing slips for money transfers and receipts
- Offering administrative support to the team
- You might possess prior experience in legal administration or demonstrate a sincere interest in property work.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational, motivational, and proactive qualities.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines with a calm demeanour under pressure is essential.
- Previous experience in a busy, professionally driven environment is preferred
