The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Administrator to join a collaborative, client-focused environment. Supporting key teams within the business, you’ll play a vital role in day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while offering top-tier support across admin, client liaison, and occasional reception duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver administrative support to specialist teams, including assistance with client files and documentation
- Prepare and manage correspondence, maintain accurate records, and oversee filing systems
- Provide professional and friendly communication with clients via phone, email, and in person
- Support senior team members with their daily operational and administrative needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, ideally within a professional services setting
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with good proficiency in IT systems
- Confident, professional communicator with a friendly telephone manner
- Adaptable and keen to learn, with a team-oriented approach
