- Assist in improving processes, efficiencies and reporting across the finance function.
Requirements of the Accounts Supervisor:
- Strong experience in day-to-day accounting with the confidence to communicate clearly across the business.
- Down-to-earth, proactive and willing to get involved in the detail; comfortable engaging with customers.
- Ambitious and capable of long-term development; supervisory experience or Sage Line 50 knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
- Highly organised with good numerical accuracy and a positive, solutions-focused approach.
Benefits:
- Salary £30,000 – £34,000 depending on experience.

- Company pension scheme.
- Staff discount on all products.
- Free on-site parking.
- Occasional bank holiday rota with bonus payment and time off in lieu.
- Friendly environment with staff socials and strong team camaraderie.
