Our client a well-established accountancy firm-based Exeter is seeking an Accounts Senior to join their professional and experienced team. As the Accounts Senior you will provide accountancy, taxation and business support to a variety of clients.
The role offers Hybrid working with regular access to the Exeter office.
What will you be doing?
- Preparation of accounts, superannuation calculations and certificates
- VAT return preparation
- Manage and maintain company records
- Supervise and train junior staff
- Take a holistic approach to advisory services, taking account of the plans and objectives of the business and the management board
Your skills & qualifications:
- AAT/ACA/ACCA part-qualified or AAT Level 4 studying
- Statutory audit experience, gained in a practice environment
- You will be able to work to deadlines and within limited response times
- Ability to work independently, or as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
