UP TO £30K DOE | Honiton | Part time 

Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator looking for a permanent role in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to provide financial and administrative support permanently, approximately 25 hours per week, over 5 mornings. 

Accounts Administrator Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, both face-to-face and over the phone 
  • Maintain office filing systems, both electronically and manually 
  • Manage purchase orders efficiently 
  • Obtain and process invoices/receipts 
  • Reconcile bank accounts with precision 

Accounts Administrator Requirements: 

  • Strong understanding of debits and credits, ideally with ongoing studies in this area 
  • Good working knowledge of Xero 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint 
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills 
  • Ability to stay calm and detail-oriented in a busy office environment
