The Role:
The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of valued customer accounts, building trusted relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving account growth. This is a hybrid role based in Exeter, with occasional travel to customer sites in the UK and abroad.
This role offers Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the Exeter Office.
Responsibilities for the Account Manager include:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact
- Identify and deliver opportunities for account growth through renewals, upselling, and increased customer engagement
- Analyse customer data to provide actionable insights and ensure measurable outcomes
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives
Role Requirements for the Account Manager:
- Proven experience in account management & customer-facing roles, within automotive, telematics, or technology sectors
- Demonstrable track record of retaining and growing customer accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify upselling and renewal opportunities
