The Role:

We’re looking for a customer-centric and commercially astute Account Manager to join their vibrant account management team. In this role, you’ll nurture strong client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the successful adoption of their game-changing solutions. You’ll act as the face of the business for key accounts, helping clients unlock the full value of the technology.

This role offers Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days a week in the Exeter Office.  

Responsibilities for the Account Manager include:  

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of fleet customers, delivering exceptional service and seeking upsell opportunities
  • Lead regular client engagement across virtual and in-person touchpoints, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Surface actionable insights from customer data to add operational, safety, and financial value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored client solutions and maintain accurate CRM records

Role Requirements for the Account Manager:   

  • Proven experience managing B2B customer accounts with strong relationship-building skills
  • Confident communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities; comfortable working to tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in transport or fleet sectors is a plus
