The Role 

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring long-term success, and identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering excellent customer service, providing strategic insights, and supporting clients. 

Due to the clients you will be managing you will need to be fluent in French and German 

Responsibilities for Account Manager: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with multiple customers, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction 
  • Proactively analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and support clients in improving efficiency, safety, and compliance 
  • Drive account growth by identifying upselling opportunities and ensuring contract renewals 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance customer experience, deliver training, and support product adoption 

Key Skills Required for the Account Manager:  

  • Proven experience in B2B account management, preferably within the transport, fleet, or technology sectors 
  • Fluency in French and German is essential 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and customer-centric approach 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
