Our client, an international leader in their sector, is experiencing sustained and successful growth and is now seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Exeter. 

This role entails working standard hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30. As an Account Manager, you will be required to travel across the UK using the company pool car, so a full UK driving license is essential. 

Account Manager Responsibilities include:  

  • Sell and build direct relationships, and proactively engage with potential and existing customers. 
  • Communicate product details and updates, ensuring customers are informed about the latest offerings. 
  • Maintain positive customer relationships, provide excellent service, and identify potential leads to drive market growth. 
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet or exceed targets for calls, appointments, and lead generation.  

Account Manager Requirements include: 

  • A technical sales background would be advantageous 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Confidence and experience in handling outbound communication are vital 
  • Experience with Lead generation and negotiation skills 
  • The ability to resolve issues and address complaints
