Up to £30k DOE | On-site | Bristol

Our Client, a leading managed services provider, is looking for an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers and users receive timely and friendly assistance. It’s a fast-paced and varied role involving working with customers, suppliers and other departments across the business. Ideally, you will have Technical or Telecom Account Manager experience.

This role offers working hours 9 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday.

Account Manager responsibilities include: -

  • Managing external suppliers, internal engineering and account management
  • Deliver against department SLAs
  • Dealing with customer complaints and escalating with suppliers and/or senior management is necessary
  • Speaking with customers and suppliers daily, championing the company and going the extra mile

Account Manager requirements include: -

  • Strong administration experience in a B2B environment
  • Technical or Telecom experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office products
  • High level of organisation, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail
