Summary:
Our client, a well-respected, reputable law firm is on the lookout for a Wills Advisor to join the team in their Exeter office on a full-time, permanent basis. You should be an experienced Paralegal, particularly in terms of Wills and and Powers of Attorney.
What will you be doing as a Private Client Wills Advisor?
- Meeting with clients and advising them on all aspects of wills, drafting the wills and advising on the execution of the wills.
- You will also be advising clients and completing the process on Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising on the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.
- Dealing with client due diligence to include AML checks and general administration.
Skills/Qualifications of a Private Client Wills Advisor:
- You should be an experienced Paralegal, with the majority of your experience gained within Wills and Powers of Attorney.
- You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be focused upon client care.
- You will need to be flexible and a good team player.
- You should be highly organised, proactive and able to meet deadlines with ease.
- An excellent telephone manner and sound IT skills are essential.
