Are you an experienced UC Engineer looking to join an award-winning and growing IT business based in Exeter? The main purpose of this role is to provide high-quality second-line UC support to their range of customers across the UK.


Responsibilities of this UC Engineer role:

  • Acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for customer technical/2nd Line issues, when required
  • Show an extensive understanding of UC (Teams, Skype for Business) to be able to deal with a range of customer incidents
  • Progressing or resolving proactive alerts according to SLAs
  • Develop and maintain the existing customer base


UC Engineer Requirements:

  • Experience working with Skype for Business and/or Microsoft Teams Administration
  • Understand core telephony concepts (e.g. dial plans, phone number manipulation, call routing)
  • Competent in Microsoft 365 server administration and configuration
