Summary:
Our client, a highly regarded Law firm based in Exeter, is on the lookout for a Private Client Lawyer to join its team of specialist practitioners in the Trust & Estate sector. You may be a junior practitioner with some prior Private Client experience who is looking to develop your career, or you could be a highly experienced Private Client practitioner who is open to heading a team.
This role has the potential to be part-time for the right candidate.
What will you be doing as a Trust & Estate Practitioner?
- Dealing with a caseload of Trust & Estate matters including Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Trust Advice, Elderly Client Services, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work.
- Helping the firm to develop its Private Client services.
Skills/Qualifications of a Trust & Estate Practitioner:
- You may be either a junior practitioner with some Private Client experience or a highly experienced Private Client practitioner looking to further and develop your career.
- Ideally you will be a member of STEP, but if not, support and mentoring is available to help you achieve this.
- You will have a positive, proactive approach towards working and desire to help the firm progress and develop.
