Summary:
Cathedral Appointments is looking to recruit a Trainee Private Client Solicitor to join a progressive, forward-thinking Law firm in a beautiful Exeter location. You should ideally be a recent graduate or somebody who has already worked within a legal practice who is looking to qualify as a Legal Executive or Licensed Private Client Executive.
What will you be doing?
- Working alongside and collaborating with Qualified Private Client Solicitors.
- Working within areas of Private Client Law including the preparation of Wills, the administration of Estates and Trusts and Powers of Attorney.
- You will eventually be taking on and managing your own caseload.
Skills/Qualifications:
- You may be a recent graduate or somebody who is already working in a legal practice who is eager to qualify as a Legal Executive or Licensed Private Client Executive.
- You should have impeccable IT skills.
- You should be highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy when working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
- You will need strong communication and client facing skills which allow you to establish and maintain long lasting relationships with clients.
