Summary:

Our client, an acclaimed, cutting-edge Law Firm in Exeter is looking to recruit a Social Housing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Experienced Paralegal, on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide support to a wide range of housing associations from small, rural providers to large regional ones. You will either be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive or an experienced Paralegal who has sound experience in the field of housing management, or a Lawyer with a general Litigation background and a keen interest in the field. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload including possession claims, injunction claims, defending disrepair and leasehold disputes.
  • You will also undertake advocacy work.

 

Requirements:

  • A Solicitor, Legal Executive or Experienced Paralegal with experience in the housing management field.
  • Applications from candidates with Litigation or Property backgrounds are also welcome.
  • A confident, well-organised individual with a proactive approach to work.
  • An excellent team player who can communicate and work closely with other team members.

This role offers a competitive salary as well as a generous benefit package including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, and a flexible working schedule.
