If you’re an experienced Service & Repair Manager looking for a new challenge, this could be the role for you. As a Service & Repair Senior Supervisor, you will be part of a global company with an inclusive and purpose-driven culture, and you will be leading the Service & Repair department based in Exeter.
Hours for this role are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday.
Service & Repair Senior Supervisor responsibilities include: -
- Repair all product lines following repair and manufacturing procedures and deliver a quick turnaround repair process
- Ensure all products meet the defined quality standards
- Coordinate goods-in & dispatch of third-party repairs
- Achieve departmental goals and key performance indicator measures
Service & Repair Senior Supervisor requirements include: -
- Team leader or management experience
- Experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment
- Lean qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
