Our client, a diverse and established organisation who are committed to improving the lives of people by generating growth and opportunity is seeking a Senior People Partner to join their team. As part of the role, the successful candidate will help support the Group Heads of Services to innovate, develop and improve people management.

Senior People Partner responsibilities include: -

  • Supporting the Group Heads in the delivery of strategic advice
  • Work alongside the Senior Management in the development, management, and implementation of an innovative people plan
  • Strategically influencing the people's agenda, considering the impact of decisions, identifying, and advising on risks and solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to act as a consultant on HR management
  • Undertake and support specific HR projects, providing effective project planning advice
  • Mentor and coach members of the wider HR Service, providing valuable opportunities for learning & development

Senior People Partner requirements include: -

  • Degree qualified or extensive relevant experience (Desirable)
  • Chartered Member of CIPD (Desirable)
  • Level 7 CIPD qualified (Desirable)
  • Previous HR business partnering experience across a portfolio of operational areas
  • Demonstrable experience in proactively diagnosing, developing, and executing solutions to problems
  • High level of demonstrable knowledge of HR capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR policy, and practice in the commercial environment
  • Confident and credible delivery of strategy and information to a wide range of audiences
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
