We have a brand new vacancy for a Senior Marketing Manager to join an award-winning company currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. Reporting to the Joint Managing Director, you will take the lead in delivering impactful and resourceful marketing to the business.

Senior Marketing Manager responsibilities include: -

  • Lead all product marketing activity from packaging through to launch and promotional materials, ensuring all activity is on brand and of a very high standard
  • Work in partnership with the Head of Sales to define and manage the agreed budget for trade marketing
  • Undertake clear competitive analysis, articulating the competitive landscape and the company’s positioning within the market
  • Prepare and effectively manage the annual marketing budget and maximise the commercial outcome
  • Act as a change advocate and support new programmes and initiatives that impact the customer experience and business performance

Senior Marketing Manager requirements include: -

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing role, preferably in FMCG, retail, consumer, or hospitality
  • Solid understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and performance indicators
  • Agency experience preferred
  • A proven leader and able to manage and coach a team to its full potential
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and integrity
