Our client, a well-established privately-owned company, based in Exeter, are seeking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor. The successful candidate would Provide professional advice and support to Managers with HR related queries whilst supervising the other members of the HR team.


Senior HR Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the operational activity of the HR department under the guidance of the Head of HR 
  • Provide support and advice to designated sites and managers regarding HR matters  
  • Maintains standards in line with, employment legislation, the business needs and franchise contract


Senior HR Advisor Requirements:

  • CIPD qualified (minimum of Level 5)
  • Experience of operating at a Senior HR Advisor level
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • High level of computer skills, good telephone, and interpersonal skills
