Sales Manager opportunity to join a high-growth software company.  This is a brand new role for the business and a very exciting time to be joining them as they look to ramp up all commercial activity.  The business-to-business Sales Manager role will focus on developing UK and international business as well as recruiting and building a successful sales team.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales, follow up and convert customer leads
  • Confidently sell the benefits of the product in a consultative style
  • Undertake customer onboarding and conversion from trial to usage
  • Working closely with customer service team and developer team where required
  • Recruit remote multi-lingual sales team in key territories
  • Lead and motivate a sales team

Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Proven sales manager experience with either software or a technical background – ability to relay technical information in a non-technical format
  • Warm, enthusiastic personality, ability to relate to and work with professionals who work in the arts world
  • Attending appropriate trade fairs
  • Hands on work ethic, deliver sales and generate business
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven
  • Previous use of HubSpot would be highly advantageous
