An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join a successful award-winning business based in Buckfastleigh. As well as delivering an exceptional customer experience, your main role will be to provide administrative and sales support, take inbound calls/fielding enquiries, and report on account information. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, have excellent interpersonal/communication skills, and have proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes.

This is a full-time, office-based role and you will have the opportunity to develop and grow within the team whilst promoting and looking after a quality brand.

Responsibilities include: -

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience including account development and retention
  • Full administrative support to a variety of customer accounts
  • Take inbound calls and fielding enquiries
  • Make outbound sales calls to a target audience
  • Provide sales and administration support to the company’s field sales agents
  • Process orders
  • Management and ownership of account information including analysis and reporting
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders

Requirements: -

  • Commitment and motivation to achieve goals and exceed targets
  • High level of computer literacy across Microsoft Office programmes
  • Great team working skills, with the ability to work on individual projects when required
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Proven history within customer service and good sales skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
