A well established woodburning, gas and electric stove company, which has seen a period of rapid growth in the last few years. Are looking to recruiting for an energetic, confident individual with great communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to acquire thorough knowledge of the company’s products and pass that knowledge to customers along with a great deal of enthusiasm.

Sales Advisor Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer telephone calls and answering any queries, including stock availability, lead times and basic technical queries.
  • Processing customer orders received on Sage 200 accounting software.
  • Arrange customer collections & returns as required
  • Assisting customers with any issues in a patient and helpful manner • Updating customer information on multiple databases

Sales Advisor Requirements:

  • Excellent Communicator and Interpersonal skills
  • Work well as part of a team
  • Outstanding time management, reliability and organisational abilities
  •  ‘Tech savvy’ with working knowledge of computer systems & databases
  • Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints
