Summary:
Cathedral Appointments is looking to recruit a Residential Property Paralegal to join a well-respected, client focused Law firm on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in a beautiful Plymouth location, you will be joining an experienced Residential Property team and providing assistance with the day to day running of conveyancing files. You should possess some previous experience of working within practice, as well as a positive, pro-active approach towards your day-to-day duties.
What will you be doing as a Residential Property Paralegal?
- Supporting fee earners with the day-to-day management of conveyancing files from start to finish.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders and third parties and responding to correspondence quickly and efficiently.
- Ensuring that deadlines are met on time.
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships and frequently communicating with them.
Skills/Qualifications of a Residential Property Paralegal:
- Ideally you will have gained experience as a Conveyancing Assistant or a Residential Property Paralegal within private practice.
- Impeccable interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively.
- A good team player who is collaborative and proactive.
- A commitment to delivering excellent service to the firm’s clients.
