Summary:
Our client is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Plymouth on a full-time, permanent basis. As part of this role, you will be managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters on behalf of clients. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, and you will be able to manage your own caseload with ease.
What will you be doing as a Residential Conveyancer?
- Managing your own caseload of conveyancing files on behalf of clients.
- Working alongside other members of the residential conveyancing team.
- Helping to promote both yourself and the firm in order to win work from existing and new clients, and taking part in business development activities.
Skills/Qualifications of a Residential Conveyancer:
- You will have at least 2 years experience and the ability to be self sufficient in handling your caseload.
- You will possess a prior track record in billing and demonstrable success in winning new business.
- Client service will be incredibly important to you, and you will driven to prioritise it.
- You should be a team player with impeccable IT skills.
- Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be essential for this role.
