Our client requires a Regional Partnerships Manager to join their successful, fast-growing Health and Safety Assessment company on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the development and management of key strategic relationships, as well as promoting the company’s leadership and expertise in compliance subjects. The role will involve travel to clients and prospects, so a full UK Driving License and own vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships to identify and agree targets against which progress can be measured
- Work as part of a team of Partnership Managers to manage the company’s relationships with existing Clients and Partners
- Actively build new relationships with prospective partners within your defined geographical territory (and nationally as required)
- Leverage value from the company’s relationships with Partners
- Organise and coordinate events
- Understand the company’s position within the Citation Group and support portfolio sales opportunities where appropriate
- Engage with Clients and prospects on a regular basis through various channels in order to educate and promote our clients solutions
- Lead on the promotion of the benefits of our clients accreditation over market alternatives, with a focus on reaching those organisations which do not mandate a scheme
- Develop and execute other strategies to help drive brand awareness and visibility
- Anticipate and articulate any service or relationship issues
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Line Manager
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle required
- Credible
- Pro-active
- Open to change
