Recruitment Manager Responsibilities
- Nurturing existing client relationships
- Developing new business and networking
- Sourcing and placing talent into jobs that match their career aspirations
- Marketing – Optimising all available channels to ensure we attract top talent and provide relevant content to potential clients.
What are we looking for?
- Outstanding recruitment track record
- Leadership skills – we want you to grow, hire, develop and lead a successful team
- Experience of specialist recruitment - engineering/technical/executive ideally but other disciplines considered
- Ability to operate strategically and contribute to the overall success of the business
- Previous experience of working as a Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Recruitment Manager or Recruitment Specialist
