This is a brilliant opportunity to join our team to own, manage and lead a team of recruiters and support colleagues to deliver great service to clients and candidates in the Engineering Sector. The remit covers all aspects, from business development of new clients, existing client management, and full end-to-end management of candidates in line with the high levels of service that Cathedral Appointments is known for.
Responsibilities include:
- Business Development & Client Engagement
- Candidate Sourcing
- Market Knowledge of Specialist Area
- Effective pipeline management (e.g. number of jobs & revenue potential, candidates, clients etc).
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue.
- Grow the revenue stream of the team.
- Work with other RM’s on business challenges, growth opportunities, emerging markets, other business ideas etc.
- Be a role model for other members of the Cath Apps team, offering advice and guidance
- To be the “go-to” Recruitment Expert for your sector across Devon, Cornwall & Somerset
The ideal Recruitment Manager will have:
- A strong track record of delivering success working agency side recruitment.
- Fantastic interpersonal skills, able to engage both clients and candidates effectively.
- A natural ability to communicate at all levels, keeping clients and candidates updated is a critical part of the role.
- A real team player approach to work. We work as a team, supporting each other and driving for success as a team.
- Ambition to grow and develop yourself and drive growth for the business.
Package: This role comes with a market-leading salary and commission scheme; 25 days annual leave with additional paid leave over Christmas; offices located in the middle of Exeter. You will have the option of being based from the office and home as we have a flexible working model.
