In response to continued growth and a considerable increase in demand from across the firm, they are excited to be recruiting for a role within their Recruitment Team!

They are seeking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our dedicated in-house team, led by a Recruitment Manager, Based from the Exeter or Plymouth office with a blend of home working to meet business needs, you will focus on delivering a proactive and commercially informed resourcing service to the firm, primarily taking responsibility for a combination of qualified lawyer roles and experienced business & legal support positions

 

Recruitment Advisor Responsibilities include: -

  • Focus on delivering a proactive and commercially informed resourcing service to the firm, primarily taking responsibility for a combination of qualified lawyer roles and experienced business & legal support positions.
  • Working collaboratively with hiring managers across the business to find timely and appropriate solutions to their resourcing needs,
  • You'll be working to provide tailored support throughout the full lifecycle of a vacancy, from initial requirements scoping and securing the relevant approval, to recommending resourcing strategy and candidate assessment options, offering negotiation and onboarding.
  • Whilst this is inevitably a demanding and busy role, we are hugely proud of the supportive and welcoming culture within the team and the wider firm, where you will be personally and professionally encouraged and supported to do a fantastic job.

Recruitment Advisor Requirements include: -

  • A minimum of 5 years experience within Recruitment with some of your experience being in-house,
  • Experience in stakeholder management,
  • Influencing/negotiating and handling difficult conversations is an essential skill,
  • You will be highly motivated to deliver the very best outcomes in every interaction – whether this is with one of our partners or hiring managers, direct candidates or trusted agency partners.
  • You'll appreciate that the quality of your work, your approach and your energy, makes the difference with these key stakeholders, and to build and develop strong and trusting relationships,
  • Being articulate, confident and a natural influencer and negotiator, you relish the opportunity to talk about the roles you are resourcing on behalf of the firm and appreciate the importance of understanding factors affecting the different candidate markets we seek to tap into.
  • You will be naturally energetic whilst ultimately professional, and a strong and effective communicator who knows when to listen as well as to speak and understands the power of direct communications over emails.
