Recruitment Account Manager - Cathedral Appointments are growing!  We’ve an enviable reputation as experts in recruitment across a host of key professions, which has been built on nurturing trusted relationships and delivering a quality and professional service time and time again. We are expanding and searching for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our friendly and hard-working team.  Applications are invited from experienced Recruiters, Administrators, Customer Services, Sales and HR professionals.

 

What’s involved?

  • Building relationships – your main focus will be upon building (and maintaining!) relationships with clients, providing them with a consistently excellent service and finding them the best talent.
  • Learning our trade – you will be absorbing everything there is to know about recruitment the ‘Cathedral Appointments’ way which will include how to maintain client and jobseeker relationships most efficiently.
  • Being organised – recruitment is a busy job and part of the groundwork will be taking the time to support and listen to clients and candidates and utilising our brand new CRM.
  • Marketing – Optimising social media presence to ensure that the organisation is always appearing at the front of mind for hiring managers and job seekers.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience – you should be an experienced office professional ideally with sales and / or customer service experience.
  • Ambitious – You will be determined to grow and develop your career and to contribute greatly to the company.
  • Thoroughness – Attention to detail is key within this role, so you should be meticulous within your work.
  • Versatility - Your flexibility to work well either within a team or on your own initiative is crucial. 
  • Outgoing – You will have a friendly, infectious personality which can easily draw people in and leave them feeling well informed and well looked after.
  • Generous – Helping people will be something that drives you forward every single day, and you will be motivated and determined to make a difference
  • Organised – Are you a good multi-tasker? Multi-tasking is essential within this role, as you will often find yourself juggling a few tasks at once.

What’s in it for you?

  • Salary – We know you want to know about it! Depending on experience you will receive a highly competitive basic salary of between £22,000 and £30,000. PLUS a brilliant commission structure which pays you on the placements you make, and a discretionary bonus incentive.
