Contract length: 12 months

Our client requires an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The contract will run from January 2022 until December 2022. Hours are 9:00 - 17:15 Monday to Friday.

As a Receptionist, you will:

  • open the office
  • keep meeting rooms and reception clean and tidy
  • provide ad-hoc secretarial support reporting to the partner and director of the office
  • managing meeting room diaries and arranging refreshments for clients

As a Receptionist, you will have:

  • a positive and friendly attitude
  • ability to work independently and multi-task
  • ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and prioritise
  • excellent oral and written communication skills
  • a positive, outgoing personality
