Contract length: 12 months
Our client requires an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The contract will run from January 2022 until December 2022. Hours are 9:00 - 17:15 Monday to Friday.
As a Receptionist, you will:
- open the office
- keep meeting rooms and reception clean and tidy
- provide ad-hoc secretarial support reporting to the partner and director of the office
- managing meeting room diaries and arranging refreshments for clients
As a Receptionist, you will have:
