Our client, a well-established, busy law firm with multiple offices across the South West, requires an NQ Real Estate Solicitor to join their Real Estate team. The successful candidate will play an integral part in a wide range of work across the full range of Real Estate legal services working for a varied client base, including private and public sectors.

This role can be based from Bristol, Taunton, or Exeter and with a blend of home and office work.

NQ Real Estate Solicitor's responsibilities include:

  • You will report directly to the Partners across the South West offices
  • Working on matters relating to commercial and residential development
  • Manage and maintain client case files
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Keep up to date with the latest policy developments

NQ Real Estate Solicitor requirements include:

  • You will be an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of NQ 2 years PQE
  • You will have already gained some experience of working on a range of commercial property transactions
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills
