Cathedral Appointments is looking to recruit a Real Estate Associate Solicitor to join a renowned, forward-thinking Law firm on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in a beautiful Exeter location, you will be joining an experienced Real Estate team who deal with a wide variety of matters including investment, finance, development and construction. You should be a Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE gained from within the Real Estate sector.
What will you be doing as a Real Estate Solicitor?
- Dealing with matters including but not limited to investment acquisitions, disposal and asset management work, private residential and commercial development, estate regeneration and joint venture projects
- Working alongside and collaborating with Partners and Senior Associates
- Advising a varied set of clients on matters such as investment, asset management and strategic land transactions
- Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
Skills/Qualifications for a Real Estate Solicitor:
- You should be a Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years PQE ideally gained from within the real estate sector
- A solid academic record
- An ability to take responsibility and manage matters independently when required
- A client-oriented mindset and commitment to consistently delivering the best possible service
