Responsibilities of this Project Specialist role:
- Implement a variety of technical projects
- Liaise with 3rd parties regarding business applications
- Build, implement and manage project plans with customer approval
- Assist in service desk support when needed
Project Specialist Requirements:
- Extensive experience working in either a 2nd Line or 3rd Line IT support role
- Experience in Microsoft 365, virtualisation platforms (including VMware and Hyper-V) and backup solutions
- Client-focused approach
- Full UK Licence and access to a car
