Our client, one of the most successful Personal Injury firms nationwide, is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Lawyer to join their Taunton based team on a full-time, permanent basis. Your role will be centered around the management of a wide and varied caseload of Personal Injury matters. You will be a Qualified Lawyer, at either Solicitor or Legal Executive level, and you will have prior experience in personal injury case handling.

Remote or hybrid working is considered for this role.

What will you be doing as a Personal Injury Lawyer?

• Managing a caseload of Personal Injury claims and pursuing them through their pre- and post-litigation stages.
• Making sure that you adhere to expectations of time recording and financial targets.
• Fostering relationships with new clients, medical experts and counsel.
• Collaborating in a team environment to provide relevant input to cases.

Skills/Qualifications of a Personal Injury Lawyer:

• You will be a Qualified Lawyer, at either Solicitor or Legal Executive level.
• You will possess previous experience in personal injury case handling.
• A knowledge of the CPR as well as Litigation procedures is essential.
• You will use your initiative well and be able to thrive under pressure.
• An analytical, mathematical brain is required for success within this role.
• Knowledge and experience of the PI process and/or medical terminology would be advantageous.
