Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their leading Law Firm. As an Administration Assistant, you will be providing support across the team and provide a responsive service to the fee-earners and Practice Assistants.
The responsibilities of an Administration Assistant are:
- updating and maintaining files
- opening and closing files
- making bookings such as rooms, taxis, and travel
- printing/copying/scanning documents and other administrative duties as required
As an Administration Assistant, you will have:
- great communication skills both verbally and written
- a good demonstratable level of experience in administration
- a can-do attitude and a positive outlook
- experience using Outlook, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 programs
